Stonehenge Associates founder, Art Patakar, cut his teeth in the home construction industry in construction management, managing a commercial property portfolio of over 100,000 square feet of office/warehouse/retail space in the Capital District of New York. Projects ranged from new construction and tenant fit-ups to modernization of existing buildings. He has also developed and maintained portfolios of homes for ENERGY STAR builder partners.
Construction management has a very clear purpose: to control the time, cost and quality of your project. This can take in everything from contract administration to estimating costs and coordinating worksites. Some projects require construction management services to work with the design team, while others might expand to trade contractors and suppliers.
Construction Consulting Improves Your Bottom Line
At Stonehenge Associates, we have parlayed Art’s experience into comprehensive construction management consulting, collaborating on new residential projects with ENERGY STAR builders, architects and developers. Our team can fully administer and manage your Energy Reduction Plan. We will also train staff in how to best operate your “new” facility.
Measurement and verification are always important when talking about energy savings and operating cost reductions. In order to assure success, we monitor your facility, track the results and make adjustments as necessary to assure peak performance.
A sampling of our construction management services include:
